سورة Al-Isra ( The Night Journey ) - English - Wahiduddin Khan - الآية 29 عدد الآيات 111

وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ ٱلْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًۭا مَّحْسُورًا ﴿٢٩﴾

Be neither miserly, nor so open-handed that you suffer reproach and become destitute.
