سورة Ya-seen - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 8 عدد الآيات 83

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَٰلًۭا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ ﴿٨﴾

We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads.
