Surah Ya-seen - Aya count 83

لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّۭا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ﴿٧٠﴾

To warn whoever is alive and justify the word against the disbelievers.
