Surah Ya-seen - Aya count 83

وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿١٠﴾

And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.
