سورة Al-Anfal ( The Spoils of War ) - عدد الآيات 75

ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ﴿١٨﴾

That, and also because Allah is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the Unbelievers.
