سورة Al-Qiyamah ( The Resurrection ) - عدد الآيات 40

ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةًۭ فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ ﴿٣٨﴾

Then did he become a leech-like clot; then did (Allah) make and fashion (him) in due proportion.
