سورة Al-A'raf (The Heights ) - عدد الآيات 206

وَمَا وَجَدْنَا لِأَكْثَرِهِم مِّنْ عَهْدٍۢ ۖ وَإِن وَجَدْنَآ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَفَٰسِقِينَ ﴿١٠٢﴾

Most of them We found not men (true) to their covenant: but most of them We found rebellious and disobedient.
