تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ ﴿٢﴾

The Revelation of the Book is from Allah the Exalted in Power, Full of Wisdom.
