سورة Al-Hijr ( The Rocky Tract ) - عدد الآيات 99

وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌۭ مَّعْلُومٌۭ ﴿٤﴾

Never did We destroy a population that had not a term decreed and assigned beforehand.
