سورة Ar-Ra'd ( The Thunder ) - عدد الآيات 43

يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ﴿٣٩﴾

Allah doth blot out or confirm what He pleaseth: with Him is the Mother of the Book.
