سورة Al-A'raf (The Heights ) - English - Wahiduddin Khan - الآية 135 عدد الآيات 206

فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ ٱلرِّجْزَ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ هُم بَٰلِغُوهُ إِذَا هُمْ يَنكُثُونَ ﴿١٣٥﴾

but whenever We removed the plague from them, giving them time to make good their promise, they would break their word.
