سورة Az-Zukhruf ( The Gold Adornment ) - English - Wahiduddin Khan - الآية 48 عدد الآيات 89

وَمَا نُرِيهِم مِّنْ ءَايَةٍ إِلَّا هِىَ أَكْبَرُ مِنْ أُخْتِهَا ۖ وَأَخَذْنَٰهُم بِٱلْعَذَابِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿٤٨﴾

even though each sign We showed them was greater than the previous one. We afflicted them with torment so that they might return [to the right path].
