سورة An-Nahl ( The Bees ) - English - Wahiduddin Khan - الآية 100 عدد الآيات 128

إِنَّمَا سُلْطَٰنُهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوْنَهُۥ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِهِۦ مُشْرِكُونَ ﴿١٠٠﴾

he has power only over those who are willing to follow him and associate others with God.
