سورة Al-Asr ( The Time )

سورة Al-Asr ( The Time ) - English - Wahiduddin Khan عدد الآيات 3

وَٱلْعَصْرِ ﴿١﴾
I swear by the passage of time,
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لَفِى خُسْرٍ ﴿٢﴾
that man is surely in a state of loss,
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ ﴿٣﴾
except for those who believe and do good deeds and exhort one another to hold fast to the Truth, and who exhort one another to stead-fastness.
