سورة Al-Qadr ( The Night of Decree ) - English - Shakir - الآية 4 عدد الآيات 5

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿٤﴾

The angels and Jibreel descend in it by the permission of their Lord for every affair,
