سورة Al-Anfal ( The Spoils of War ) - English - Shakir - الآية 18 عدد الآيات 75

ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ﴿١٨﴾

This, and that Allah is the weakener of the struggle of the unbelievers.
