سورة Al-Munafiqoon ( The Hypocrites ) - English - Shakir - الآية 3 عدد الآيات 11

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ءَامَنُوا۟ ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا۟ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ ﴿٣﴾

That is because they believe, then disbelieve, so a seal is set upon their hearts so that they do not understand.
