سورة Al-An'am ( The Cattle ) - English - Shakir - الآية 18 عدد الآيات 165

وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ ﴿١٨﴾

And He is the Supreme, above His servants; and He is the Wise, the Aware.
