سورة Al-Qamar ( The Moon ) - English - Shakir - الآية 28 عدد الآيات 55

وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ ٱلْمَآءَ قِسْمَةٌۢ بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ كُلُّ شِرْبٍۢ مُّحْتَضَرٌۭ ﴿٢٨﴾

And inform them that the water is shared between them; every share of the water shall be regulated.
