سورة Adh-Dhariyat ( The Wind that Scatter ) - English - Shakir - الآية 19 عدد الآيات 60

وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ ﴿١٩﴾

And in their property was a portion due to him who begs and to him who is denied (good).
