سورة Muhammad - English - Shakir - الآية 24 عدد الآيات 38

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَآ ﴿٢٤﴾

Do they not then reflect on the Quran? Nay, on the hearts there are locks.
