سورة Al-Imran ( The Famiy of Imran ) - English - Shakir - الآية 24 عدد الآيات 200

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا۟ لَن تَمَسَّنَا ٱلنَّارُ إِلَّآ أَيَّامًۭا مَّعْدُودَٰتٍۢ ۖ وَغَرَّهُمْ فِى دِينِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَفْتَرُونَ ﴿٢٤﴾

This is because they say: The fire shall not touch us but for a few days; and what they have forged deceives them in the matter of their religion.
