سورة Al-Imran ( The Famiy of Imran ) - English - Shakir - الآية 139 عدد الآيات 200

وَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا۟ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٣٩﴾

And be not infirm, and be not grieving, and you shall have the upper hand if you are believers.
