سورة Al-Hijr ( The Rocky Tract ) - English - Shakir - الآية 21 عدد الآيات 99

وَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍۢ مَّعْلُومٍۢ ﴿٢١﴾

And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure.
