سورة Al-Qadr ( The Night of Decree ) - English - Sarwar - الآية 4 عدد الآيات 5

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿٤﴾

On this Night, the angels and the spirit descend by the permission of their Lord with His decree (to determine everyone's destiny).
