سورة At-Taubah ( The Repentance ) - English - Sarwar - الآية 10 عدد الآيات 129

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ﴿١٠﴾

They do not respect their promises nor their family ties with the believers. They are transgressors.
