سورة At-Takwir ( The Overthrowing ) - English - Sarwar - الآية 29 عدد الآيات 29

وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾

However, you will not be able to choose anything unless God, Lord of the Universe wills it to be so.
