سورة Al-An'am ( The Cattle ) - English - Sarwar - الآية 131 عدد الآيات 165

ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍۢ وَأَهْلُهَا غَٰفِلُونَ ﴿١٣١﴾

Your Lord did not want to destroy the towns, unjustly, without informing their inhabitants (of His guidance).
