سورة Al-Fath ( The Victory ) - English - Sarwar - الآية 23 عدد الآيات 29

سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّتِى قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ ٱللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًۭا ﴿٢٣﴾

This is the tradition of God which existed before, and you will never find any change in His tradition.
