سورة Al-Baqarah ( The Cow ) - English - Sarwar - الآية 179 عدد الآيات 286

وَلَكُمْ فِى ٱلْقِصَاصِ حَيَوٰةٌۭ يَٰٓأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٧٩﴾

People of understanding, the law of the death penalty as retaliation grants you life so that perhaps you will have fear of God.
