سورة An-Nahl ( The Bees ) - English - Sarwar - الآية 100 عدد الآيات 128

إِنَّمَا سُلْطَٰنُهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوْنَهُۥ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِهِۦ مُشْرِكُونَ ﴿١٠٠﴾

The only authority which he has is over his friends and those who consider things equal to God.
