سورة Ar-Ra'd ( The Thunder ) - English - Sarwar - الآية 12 عدد الآيات 43

هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًۭا وَطَمَعًۭا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ ﴿١٢﴾

It is God who flashes lightning to frighten you and to give you hope. It is He who forms the heavy clouds.
