سورة Hud - English - Sarwar - الآية 117 عدد الآيات 123

وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍۢ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ ﴿١١٧﴾

Your Lord would not have destroyed those people (of the towns) for their injustice if they had tried to reform themselves.
