تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿٤﴾

On that night the angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend by their Lord’s permission with all decrees[2].
