سورة Al-An'am ( The Cattle ) - English - Rowwad Translation Center - الآية 9 عدد الآيات 165

وَلَوْ جَعَلْنَٰهُ مَلَكًۭا لَّجَعَلْنَٰهُ رَجُلًۭا وَلَلَبَسْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّا يَلْبِسُونَ ﴿٩﴾

And if We had made him an angel, We would have surely made him [appear as] a man[3], and We would have caused them confusion just as they are confused.
