أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآ ۚ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌۭ طَاغُونَ ﴿٣٢﴾

Do their minds[12] prompt them to say such things, or are they transgressing people?
