أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ أَوْ تَهْدِى ٱلْعُمْىَ وَمَن كَانَ فِى ضَلَٰلٍۢ مُّبِينٍۢ ﴿٤٠﴾

Can you make the deaf hear, or guide the blind or the one who is clearly misguided?
