سورة Az-Zumar ( The Groups ) - English - Rowwad Translation Center - الآية 52 عدد الآيات 75

أَوَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَٰتٍۢ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿٥٢﴾

Do they not know that Allah extends provision to whom He wills or restricts it? Indeed, there are signs in this for people who believe.
