أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًۭا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًۭا ۚ لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ ﴿١٨﴾

Is one who is a believer like one who is an evildoer? They are not equal.
