سورة Al-Mu'minoon ( The Believers ) - English - Rowwad Translation Center - الآية 18 عدد الآيات 118

وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۢ بِقَدَرٍۢ فَأَسْكَنَّٰهُ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابٍۭ بِهِۦ لَقَٰدِرُونَ ﴿١٨﴾

We send down water from the sky in due measure and cause it to stay in the earth, and We are surely able to take it away.
