سورة Al-Baqarah ( The Cow ) - English - Rowwad Translation Center - الآية 66 عدد الآيات 286

فَجَعَلْنَٰهَا نَكَٰلًۭا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهَا وَمَا خَلْفَهَا وَمَوْعِظَةًۭ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿٦٦﴾

So We made it a deterrent punishment for those alive and for those who succeeded them, and an admonition for the righteous.
