سورة Al-Baqarah ( The Cow ) - English - Rowwad Translation Center - الآية 100 عدد الآيات 286

أَوَكُلَّمَا عَٰهَدُوا۟ عَهْدًۭا نَّبَذَهُۥ فَرِيقٌۭ مِّنْهُم ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿١٠٠﴾

Is it that every time they ratify a covenant, a party of them cast it aside? In fact, most of them do not believe.
