إِن كُلُّ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَّآ ءَاتِى ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ عَبْدًۭا ﴿٩٣﴾

There is none in the heavens and earth except that he will come to the Most Compassionate in full submission.
