سورة Al-Isra ( The Night Journey ) - English - Rowwad Translation Center - الآية 29 عدد الآيات 111

وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ ٱلْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًۭا مَّحْسُورًا ﴿٢٩﴾

Do not be too tight-fisted[27], nor too open-handed[28], for you will end up blameworthy and destitute.
