سورة At-Taubah ( The Repentance ) - English - Qaribullah & Darwish - الآية 10 عدد الآيات 129

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ﴿١٠﴾

They honor with the believers neither bonds nor treaties. Such are the transgressors.
