سورة Adh-Dhariyat ( The Wind that Scatter ) - English - Qaribullah & Darwish - الآية 19 عدد الآيات 60

وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ ﴿١٩﴾

and in their wealth was a share for whosoever asked and for whosoever was prevented.
