سورة Ya-seen - English - Qaribullah & Darwish - الآية 8 عدد الآيات 83

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَٰلًۭا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ ﴿٨﴾

We have bound their necks with fetters up to their chin, so that their heads are raised and cannot be lowered.
