هَٰذَا بَيَانٌۭ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًۭى وَمَوْعِظَةٌۭ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿١٣٨﴾

This is a declaration to the people, a guidance and an admonition to the cautious.
