سورة Al-Isra ( The Night Journey ) - English - Qaribullah & Darwish - الآية 29 عدد الآيات 111

وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ ٱلْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًۭا مَّحْسُورًا ﴿٢٩﴾

And do not keep your hand chained to your neck (when spending), nor open it completely, so that you will sit blamed and destitute.
