سورة Al-An'am ( The Cattle ) - English - Qarai - الآية 18 عدد الآيات 165

وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ ﴿١٨﴾

And He is the All-dominant over His servants, and He is the All-wise, the All-aware.
